- 2 / 5By Aleisha RichI've eaten there once and the jalapeño sub bread is amazing BUT, when I ordered a hot sub, she just threw it on what looked like a big flat waffle iron and smashed it together until the outside was toasted, my meat and cheese was still cold!!! I was also upset that I had gotten a BUY ONE GET ONE FREE SUB coupon and couldn't use it because the manager wasn't there and the "Cashier" didn't know how to ring the food up with the coupon....the coupon didn't say "Buy One Get One Free, but only when the manager is around", should defiantly train staff better.November 27, 2016
